Through the project "Coordinated method study for sustainable trail and site development", Ledbolaget has investigated how destinations and nature areas can actively minimise wear and tear on trails and nature areas and prevent/reduce conflicts between land stakeholders despite increased tourism and develop business and service structures linked to trails and trails.
The coordinated approach to sustainable trail and site development reduces land use conflicts and promotes community development. It addresses uncertainties related to public access rights in areas with high visitor pressure. The methodology is summarised in the "Funäsfjällen Management Model for Trails and Paths". "Funäsfjällen's Management Model for Trails and Paths" is described and presented so that others can take part in it. By integrating off-road cycling through trail cycling into the management model, the product has been developed and wear and tear and dissatisfaction with off-road cycling have been reduced.
"Ongoing methods and approaches for internal and external communication" describes the methods and approaches used to progress internal and external communication during the project.
"Contractual systems in the management model for tracks and trails" describes which contracts and general conditions support the management model and why. It also shows how general terms and conditions as well as right of use agreements for bicycles that support the management model can look like.
