Many of us like spring the best! 🌞 But it's also a sensitive time for animals in our mountains. Towards the end of April, it's calving time for the reindeer and they should not be disturbed.

Here are some tips for those who want to skate on the ice:

❗️Undvik the state reindeer grazing mountains.
🐶 Keep dogs on a lead.
🗻Choose the area between Ljusnan and national road 84, i.e. around Skarvarna, Hamrafjället, Skenörsfjället and Ösjödalen.
📍Walles, Fjällnäs och Högsta Hållan är bra utgångspunkter.
