Funäsfjällen has Sweden's best trail system for cross-country skiing. Funäsfjällen offers 300 kilometres of groomed cross-country trails. Cross-country tracks in a magnificent mountain environment, in valleys, over high mountains and through birch forests. You can go cross-country skiing in Funäsfjällen from the autumn holidays to the end of April. To gain access to the ski trails you need a mountain pass cross country skiing.

The season pass is valid from the time we get natural snow and can start preparing cross-country tracks, except for Bruksvallarna & Ramundberget where you buy a pre-season pass that is valid until 15/12, under the heading Pre-season cross-country.
The Mountain Pass is personalised. You do not need a trail button, the digital receipt is your personal trail pass.

I app you will find up-to-date information on the trails in the area. You can see if a route is temporarily closed due to high water, lack of snow, reindeer herding, hunting or similar. You can also read about the scope of the various tours and see where you are on the trail. All our Mountain Passes can be purchased directly in the app.
SWEDEN'S LONGEST SKI SEASON?
The cross-country season opens in the autumn holidays with ski trails in Bruksvallarna on saved snow. As soon as there is natural snow, we at Funäsfjällens Ledbolag start preparing cross-country trails in the rest of the area and the ski season lasts throughout April.
SKI BUS
Our mountain trails set us apart from others and it is unique to be able to ski through so many mountain villages on a single trail pass. With us, you can discover new trails every day, use the ski bus to vary your skiing and, for example, enjoy a tailwind on a windy day. You ride the ski bus for free with Fjällpass Längd and the alpine Fjällpass thanks to us at Funäsfjällens Ledbolag, Destination Funäsfjällen, Ramundberget, Tänndalen and Funäsdalen Berg & Hotell. Show your trail button or your digital Fjällpass. The bus costs SEK 50 for those who do not have a Fjällpass.

TO CONSIDER ON OUR SKI TRACKS
Do not walk on ski tracks or skating paths - Show consideration for those who pay to ski in good conditions. Choose our winter walking. We have prepared walking trails that we maintain. The trails are signposted and marked on the map and you can find them in our app Trail & PathsFunäsfjällen under the hiking tab. Winter hiking is available in Tänndalen, Hamra, Funäsdalen, Bruksvallarna, Ramundberget and at Andersborg.
The off-track rule does not apply. Uphill gives way to downhill. Show understanding and consideration for your fellow skiers. Single skiers give way to many. Always move aside when you stop in the track. Dogs must be on a lead and run in the skating bed. All skiing is at your own risk. Enjoy magnificent views on freshly groomed rails and corduroy.
